Eligibility: To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivered date.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.
Refund Status: If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund is still not reflected, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
